A lifetime Spokane resident and graduate from Central Valley High School in 1969. Mike attended Spokane Falls Community College and Eastern Washington University, majoring in business, Mike started Silvey Construction at the end of his junior year in 1972.

In addition to Mike’s duties as president of the company, he works as a project manager personally overseeing many projects. Some past projects include fire stations, custom homes, medical and dental offices, certified surgery centers, warehouses, and commercial buildings.
